Hartland Lady Hawks - Select Softball ProgramThe Hartland Lady Hawks is a select softball organization within Lake Country Youth Baseball and Softball (LCYBS) offering an advanced level of competition for young players up through high school living in the Arrowhead School District. Although the level of play is more competitive than the recreational leagues, the program still emphasizes fundamental skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and having fun. A primary goal of the program is to best prepare players for high school softball.
All Lady Hawks teams play in the Windmill Fastpitch Softball League, featuring teams from a variety of communities in Southeast Wisconsin. Some travel is required as road games are played throughout the suburban communities.

| Eligibility: | Arrowhead School District (Proof of Residency required) |
| Age: | Player cannot exceed the age of her level as of January 1st. For example, to be eligible to play 14U in the current year, the player could not have turned 15 before January 1 of the current year. (Age groups include: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U) |
| Competitive: | Full (Tryout required, teams usually formed in August for following season) |
| Season: | 6/1 - 8/1 (10U & 12U can play earlier tournaments) |
| Off Season: | Indoor practices at "Hawks Nest" facility in Pewaukee 2-3 times per week |
| Games: | 14-16 League games (1 double-header per week) & 4-6 tournaments |
| Game Duration: | League: 75 minute time limit per game |
| Travel: | Half of league games are Home and the other half are played within 30 miles. Tournaments will vary, but most are in SE Wisconsin. Teams are allowed to play further away if team parents are agreeable. |
| Fees: | 10U: $200 12U-18U: $250 Note: players do purchase their own uniforms |
